This is my project page. Click through the buttons on the left to look into each project. A lot of them are also on Github.
It all started from a passing idea: an observer point (you), orange rectangle projected in front of it for the screen (doesn't have to be orange), and the points of the world. Where the line between the observer point and object points intersect the rectangle is where they appear on the screen. That idea and 3 months of work resulted in a program that can render ellipsoids, rectangular prisms, movement, color, and light. Click the title for the Github.
Creating over 20 of these, I use C++ to geneate colorful images and gifs. It is only rgb values pixel by pixel. The AnimateWall ones create animated wallpapers, which create many frames (e.g. 256) in the forms of ".ppm" files ("--- --- ---" in rgb, a pixel per line). Then these files are compacted to ".pngs", converted to a ".gif", and removed using external libraries (mogrify). The result is a beautiful animated background.
